Profile: DJ Soulmate is one of Russia’s soulful house heads. Started in ‘06 with launching SoulfulHouse.ru website with industry news, releases reviews and info on DJs/artist/labels and the podcast, he quickly got himself info DJing in Moscow clubs. Besides some residencies, Soulmate played as guest at many Moscow venues, toured to Saint-Petersburg, Yerevan, Khabarovsk. In June ‘09 he was the official DJ of Martini Terrazza at Kinotavr Film Festival in Sochi (RU), in May of ‘10, played at legendary Funk In You event in London (UK), in Jan ’11 played in K.U.Bar in Prague (CZ). Now the resident DJ of Soul Color project (the first Russian soulful house parties). Arranged Moscow tours and played back-to-back with international soulful DJs including Richard Earnshaw, DJ Meme, Central Avenue, Roberto De Carlo, Sonny Fodera. Summer Fondue Sessions is a bi-weekly radioshow filled up with deep, jazzy, soulful and funky tunes ranging from smooth & sexy to uplifting & dancing. Started in September 2006 by DJ Soulmate, the show nowadays is co-hosted by young and talented Russian DJ Pasha Brisk.
